New Whistleblowing Process

The FAOA has modified its whistleblowing process and now offers the option of reporting breaches of relevant legal requirements by licensed individuals and firms via an external reporting platform. Reports can also be submitted anonymously. The data is transmitted to the FAOA in encrypted form and reports cannot be technically traced. Whistleblowers can set up a secure inbox on the external platform, which they can use to communicate with the FAOA anonymously if they wish.
